Awareness, wisdom, sensitivity, and personal touch

Virginia Ronning, Virginia Ronning Counselling | Coaching | Consulting

I have known Heather for well over ten years but six years ago I asked her to help me build my website and marketing presence for my new businesses in counselling and art. She is creative, knowledgeable, aware of technology, and has robust resources to support her clients. I experienced this. Not only did she develop an outstanding website, but her artistic sense, energy, and enthusiasm encouraged me throughout the process of building of my business. It was daunting at times, and Heather normalized and helped me navigate challenges that arose. She has always gracefully responded to my questions and concerns.
Most recently, while upgrading my website, we needed to find photos that best represented me, my work, my passions, and my values. Heather’s awareness, wisdom, sensitivity, and personal touch enables her to identify this and more!

Above and Beyond

Dean and Dianna Fortier, Owners, 4-D Maintenance Limited

Heather was so easy and fun to work with. She was available and open to any and all questions and suggestions. Extremely efficient while delivering us exactly what we had envisioned and then went above and beyond. Her work and work ethic are exceptional.

An Invaluable Asset

Veronica Osborn, CEO, The Content Concierge

When I have any design project at all – from print to web, I call Heather. Her experience and expertise across all kinds of design make her an invaluable asset and ensure that I deliver the highest quality products to MY clients every time.

A Delight to Work With

Gerald Pash, CD, President, Rotary Club of Victoria

Heather was a key partner in the Homecoming Statue Committee that celebrated the Canadian Navy Centennial by establishing “Homecoming Plaza” on Wharf Street in Victoria. She designed and maintained the promotional website and designed all of the print materials that were so vital to the success of the project. Her advice on how to gain the best value for the non-profit budget was an inestimable value-added feature of her service. She is straightforward in her manner and a delight to work with.

Extremely Professional

Mirko Filipovic, President and Owner, Themis Security Services Ltd.

I found her to be honest, very focused in delivering and maintaining superior service. I would gladly recommend her for any design and marketing project.
