Heather was a key partner in the Homecoming Statue Committee that celebrated the Canadian Navy Centennial by establishing “Homecoming Plaza” on Wharf Street in Victoria. She designed and maintained the promotional website and designed all of the print materials that were so vital to the success of the project.
